Season of Light
For the past seven years AVF has been proud to be the service provider for Children’s Hospital Annual Black Tie event.  By combining intelligent lighting, advanced image processing, and a superior Mini Line Array sound system the event was a grand success.

WorldMark by Trendwest
This was a benchmark event for WorldMark’s annual shareholders meeting.  An intricate image processing system enabled all information to be displayed on 3 independent screens.  Intelligent lighting and scenic design pieces changed in keeping with the tempo of the event while a carefully calibrated Line Array sound system delivered every word to every seat.

Expedia Inc.
On this event our team met the challenge of creating a memorable event with a big “wow factor” on a reasonable budget.  The smallest graphics were easily read by everyone on the large side screens while multiple camera shots filled the center screen, keeping attention on the stage. Dramatic color changes on scenic elements enhanced the various segments of the meeting.  Another success story.

Prudential
AVF custom built and uniquely illuminated scenic pieces to give this client a new look. Phrases and statements were keyed over camera images to add another dimension to the audience’s experience. The 3 screen provided optimum viewing for everyone and sound was articulate and filled the room.
