Audio Visual Factory is a turnkey event solution provider that’s operated sinceSeptember of 1979. Born out of the need to provide local businesses and hotels with audio visual equipment and services, our original goal was to provide customers in our community with exceptional support, service and value. 40 years later, it is still our primary mission though our pedigree has expanded from startups to Fortune 500 businesses such as Boeing, Amazon, Microsoft, PACCAR and Expedia.

From conception to post-event wrap-up, we manage every aspect of a production, including the Audio, Video, Live Event Services, Lighting, Rigging and Scenic details. Our employees are trained to go above and beyond their appointed roles and are motivated to meet and exceed client expectations, whether that’s assisting with a computer presentation during an event or helping facility staff where needed. All employees also participate in a customer service ethics class and benefit from customer service training on a quarterly basis to ensure our team is equipped to meet every customer need.
We’re very proud of the work we’ve done in the Pacific Northwest and have always embraced giving back to our community. AV Factory is proud to support various charitable and non-profit organizations like Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Childhaven, and Youth Eastside Services.
Audio Visual Factory partners with organizations from around the Pacific Northwest in the effort to give back to the community. We’ve worked with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center on their annual fundraising events, Obliteride and Base 2 Space. We donate equipment to support organizations such as Crimestoppers on their annual fundraisers. AV Factory also works with several local schools, supplying equipment and technicians for fundraising and family events.
In addition to our charitable work, we are diligently committed to reducing our carbon footprint by becoming a fully paperless company and properly recycling our electronic equipment. We digitally archive all of our old records and our current financial and administrative paperwork. And we participate in the Washington State e-cycle program to further reduce carbon costs.
